Have any of you seen the television remake? Although she lacks Hepburn's gravitas, Glenn Close does a great job. Andrew Howard as Richard is a stand out. The weak link is Patrick Stewart. He plays Henry far too subdued. The director slowed the pace down, giving clearer meaning to some lines, but it made the running time 2 and half hours long.

Never saw it. This original is too perfect. Didn't see the point of a remake
